Tumbling is a mix of acro, gymnastics, tricks and dance! Our students are offered training from beginner (level 1) –advanced (level 3) as well as private lessons for anyone who wants some special programming and conditioning. Our Tumbling classes are full of energy and students get one on one training as well as peer work. Tumbling skills benefit student’s flexibility and can be incorporated in their other dance styles. Our classes follow the USASF safety guidelines. These classes will build body strength and flexibility to achieve incredible tricks such as forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, aerials and even back-handsprings and tucks!
